Listing your property online

One of our main services is to list your property on the most popular short-term rental booking platforms. Additionally, we provide market analysis to determine the optimal prices and adjust them daily to maximize your revenue and occupancy rate.

Furthermore, we offer the option to add your property to our website, where you can benefit from lower booking fees and we can enable direct bookings through your own website.

Pre-booking questions – Deposit – Check-in – Check-out

We take care of answering all your guests’ inquiries and confirming their bookings. Prior to their arrival, we verify the identity of the guests and collect a deposit as a precautionary measure againstpotential damage to your property. In order to provide the bestexperience for your guests, we personally welcome them upon arrival, handle the check-in process, and assist with the check-out procedure. During check-out, we carefully inspect your property to ensure there is no damage or missing items. In the event of any issues, we will notify you and utilize the deposit to address them.

Cleaning and maintenance

Prior to every booking, we ensure that your property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of your guests. We take care of tasks such as preparing bed linen and towels, as well as arranging welcome gifts to enhance their experience.

Upon departure, our meticulous team handles a comprehensive cleaning process, including laundering towels and bed sheets.

In addition, we offer property maintenance services to address any minor or major damages. Before initiating any repairs, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your approval. Furthermore, we can assist with outdoor maintenance, including the upkeep of your garden and/or swimming pool.

Photos – Videos – Drone Shots – 3D Tours – Home staging

We specialize in capturing professional photos, including drone shots and videos, to effectively promote your property. Additionally, we offer immersive 3D tours to provide a comprehensive view of both the interior and exterior of your property.

Before conducting the photo and video shoot, we meticulously prepare your property to showcase its finest features, ensuring that its unique selling points are highlighted.

Prior to arrival, we provide all your guests with the opportunity to enhance their experience by offering a range of additional services and add-ons. These may include options such as car or boat rentals, airport transfers, welcome packs, beach towels, and more. Furthermore, we offer concierge services to assist guests during their stay.

As an added benefit, you will receive a percentage of any sales made through our services, providing you with an extra source of revenue.

Fully detailed reports with cost and revenue analysis

At the end of each month, you will receive a report detailing all the bookings made during that period, including your revenue and costs. Additionally, we provide you with an estimate of the expected revenue for the upcoming months. We continuously analyze the results and adjust our strategy accordingly to maximize your revenue.

Moreover, we offer administrative assistance by handling the task of declaring your bookings to the state authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and streamlining the process for you.

Cost of our services

We take between 20% et 35% on each booking but good news… you earn 5% on any upselling/cross-selling (car rentals, welcome packs,…) deductible from our fees. Also, in average, your revenue increases as we do everything to maximise the number of bookings and their prices !

Maintenance cost is not included. Prior to any works, you will receive a quote for approval.
